Tweedy, Jeff: Twilight Override (3LP-white on white swirl vinyl-indie exclusive) LP

Twilight Override marks Tweedy’s fifth solo album and features an expansive 30-song tracklist, including early fan favorites and concert highlights like “Feel Free,” “Enough,” and “Lou Reed Was My Babysitter.” The album is structured as three standalone records that together tell a story of the past, present, and future. It features performances by longtime Chicago collaborators including Spencer Tweedy, Sammy Tweedy, James Elkington, Sima Cunningham, Macie Stewart, and Liam Kazar. Choral vocals are a standout element, especially on tracks like “One Tiny Flower,” “Cry Baby Cry,” and “New Orleans.” Recorded over the past two years at Tweedy’s Chicago studio, The Loft, the album was produced by Tweedy and engineered/mixed by Tom Schick and Mark Greenberg.
