Munich techno firebrand Skee Mask continues his enviable Skee Series run on the Ilian Tape label with a new EP entitled Stressmanagement. Prior entries in the series have run the gamut from scorching 4/4 techno to glacial ambience and back, but Skee Mask hones in on the dancefloor for this dispatch, dropping some of his most nimble and break-heavy tracks in some time. The A side’s dizzying ‘Panic Button’ layers little more than cyclical two note synth stabs over an almost unstable drum break that keeps breaking out into fits and starts, while the flip’s ‘LCC Rotation’ does even more with less.
