Strong new doublepack from Short Span’s increasingly prolific Natal Zaks aka Picture, following his excellent ‘Eeeeeeee’ label debut with a new set of driving, swinging specials, tipped FFO Convextion, Plastikman, Shinichi Atobe, Miles Demdike.

‘Uuuuuuuu’ follows suit from ‘Eeeeeeee’ with six distinctively brisk, detailed and aerated swingers ranging from crispy, tracky jack-tracks to friskier chord riders well poised for various points of the night. The mesmerising whisk of ‘Quuuuuuu’ sets up a dead strong suite taking in swingeing techno-house on ‘Ruuuuu’, and Brinkmann-meets-Grungerman hypnosis of ‘Miiiiiii’, whilst the frothing ‘Leeeeeee’ gets right under the skin like some Shinichi Atobe-meets-Convextion special for Chain Reaction, and the hardgroovers get served with friskiest shake of ‘Wooooooo’.
