Fourth album by the critically acclaimed Japanese band CHAI, whose uniquely exuberant brand of feminist pop has taken the U.S. by storm since their 2021 Sub Pop album. WINK. This new album finds CHAI going back to their Japanese roots and heritage, and drawing directly from city pop. City pop has gained popularity in the US over the last few years, but CHAI grew up on the Japanese music from the 70s and 80s.
