Black Rebel Motorcycle Club: Live at Levitation (Gold) LP

The Reverberation Appreciation Society are proud to welcome Black Rebel Motorcycle Club with the seventh vinyl release in the Live at LEVITATION series. The release showcases the band's appearance at the festival with their 2013 performance, mixed by BRMC's own Peter Hayes. These recordings are immortalized on beautiful colored vinyl. In the early 2000s, San Francisco's Black Rebel Motorcycle Club were part of a vanguard of acts spearheading a garage rock revival — each a beacon of the staying power of gritty guitar music: The White Stripes and Dirtbombs in Detroit, The Kills in London, The Strokes and Interpol in New York, The Raveonettes in Copenhagen — the list goes on. Fast forward to 2013 and BRMC were headlining the Friday night of The Black Angel's Austin Psych Fest, bringing it all full circle. Black Rebel Motorcycle Club - Live at LEVITATION chronicles that moment in time, and the band's no holds barred performance that night. The multi-track recordings were assembled and mixed in the studio of BRMC co-founder Peter Hayes, bringing these tracks back into the light.
